Product Return Policy
At Orbita.al, we aim to provide quality products and reliable service to every customer. As many of our products are specially ordered and supplied from outside Albania, the following return and refund conditions apply:
1. Returns for damaged or incorrect products
Customers may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:
Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending photos and a description of the issue to: info@orbita.al
2. Returns for personal reasons
If the customer requests a return for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
the return may be accepted only after review by Orbita.al and only if the product is unused, in proper condition, and in its original packaging.
In such cases, a 30% administrative and logistics penalty fee of the product value will apply, and the customer is responsible for all shipping, return, and re-delivery costs, where applicable.

Orbita.al reserves the right to inspect the returned product and reject requests that do not meet the above conditions.
